Polihali Branch Manager - Grade D4 (Paterson Grading System)

Reporting lines

Position reports to Divisional Manager Phase II: 

Job Purpose

To manage LHDA office operations at Polihali Site and to implement processes and projects associated with, public relations/community participation, catchment management, compensation and mitigation, oversight on SHEQ, social investment and monitoring and evaluation.

Required qualification and experience

Essential requirements

A university degree in Public Relations, Engineering, Environmental or Natural Sciences, with at least ten (10) years post qualification experience interacting with communities, with a proven ability to manage and coordinate professional staff in a utilities-service provision organization and/or in the implementation of multi-disciplinary development projects.


Preferred requirements


Manager in multi-disciplinary development projects  for at least seven (7) years.
